建立HPLC方法测定化妆品中水杨酸添加剂的研究

摘  要:样品采用75%甲醇-水溶液超声提取20 min,经0.45μm微孔滤膜过滤后测定。采用Kromasil100-5 C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以甲醇+0.025 mol/L磷酸二氢钠水溶液(pH至3.8)为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温25℃,检测波长300 nm进行测定。结果水杨酸在1.0~500.0μg/mL浓度范围内呈良好线性,线性方程为y=14.855 x+53.817,相关系数r^(2)大于0.998;检出浓度(S/N>3)为3.0μg/g;本文考察了水杨酸中、低浓度的回收率,加标回收范围为84.1%~97.7%;RSD在2.2%~2.8%之间。结果表明应用所建立的方法能满足化妆品实际样品的检测。The samples were extracted with 75%methanol-water solvent by ultrasonic extraction for 20 min,filtered through 0.45μm microporous filter membrane and determined.The determination was performed on a Kromasil100-5 C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column with a gradient elution of methanol+0.025 mol/L aqueous sodium dihydrogen phosphate(pH adjusted to 3.8 with phosphoric acid)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and a column temperature of 25℃with a detection wavelength of 300 nm.The results showed good linearity in the concentration range of 1.0 to 500.0μg/mL.The linear equation was y=14.855x+53.817,and the linear correlation coefficient r^(2)was greater than 0.998.The detection limit(S/N>3)was 3.0μg/g.The recoveries of high and low concentrations of salicylic acid were investigated in this paper.The recovery range was 84.1%to 97.7%.RSD values ranged from 2.2%to 2.8%.The results showed that the established method can be used for the detection of real cosmetics samples.
