摘　　要：将FMBR工艺应用于处理南宁市青秀区某镇生活污水,阐述了该工艺的主要处理流程,分析了其在2022年7月至2023年6月的运行情况。运行结果显示,项目进水水质波动大,COD、TN、氨氮、TP进水浓度分别为42.26~95.36 mg/L、30.35~48.65 mg/L、10.67~28.25 mg/L、1.42~3.85 mg/L,出水浓度分别为13.03 mg/L、10.14 mg/L、1.10 mg/L、0.29 mg/L,去除率分别为80.35%、72.22%、94.11%、87.24%,出水达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A标准,当负荷率高于20%时,吨水成本为1.39元/m^(3),该工艺具备良好的调节能力,无剩余污泥产生,在村镇污水处理上有较好的适用性,同时建议完善支管建设,排查已建成管网及接入口,提高污水收集率,以降低吨水处理成本。The FMBR process was applied to the treatment of domestic sewage in a town in Qingxiu District,Nanning City,and the main treatment process of the process was described,and its operation from July 2022 to June 2023 was analyzed.The operation results show that the influent water quality of the project fluctuates greatly,with the influent concentrations of COD,TN,ammonia nitrogen and TP being 42.26 to 95.36 mg/L,30.35 to 48.65 mg/L,10.67 to 28.25 mg/L and 1.42 to 3.85 mg/L,and the effluent concentrations being 13.03 mg/L,10.14 mg/L,1.10 mg/L and 0.29 mg/L,respectively,and the removal rates being 80.35%,72.22%,94.11%and 87.24%,respectively.Which can reach discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB18918-2002)first-class A standard,when the load rate is higher than 20%,the cost per ton of water is 1.39 yuan/m^(3),the process has a good adjustment ability,no residual sludge is generated,and has good applicability in village and town sewage treatment.
