摘  要:在充分考虑楔形网结构特点的前提下,提出一种简便、可靠的楔形网过滤器进、出口压降计算方法。基于叠加原理,将过滤器的总压降分解为过滤器不同部位所产生的压降进行计算,根据达西公式和伯努利方程,结合楔形网的结构特点以及流体流过楔形网丝缝时的流动状态,推导出更合理、更便于计算的楔形网局部阻力系数计算公式,提高了楔形网压降计算准确性的同时降低了过滤器压降计算难度。此外本方法间接地给出过滤器各参数与其压降的关系,可借助本计算方法对过滤器结构进行优化设计,以降低过滤器实际运行过程中的能量损耗。本方法解决了楔形网过滤器压降难以定量计算的问题,为楔形网过滤器压降计算提供了一种科学、系统的计算方法。A simple and reliable calculation method of inlet and outlet pressure drop of wedge wire screen filter is proposed on the premise of fully considering the structural characteristics of wedge wire screen.Based on the superposition principle,the total pressure drop of the filter is decomposed into the pressure drops produced by different parts of the filter for calculation.According to Darcy s formula and Bernoulli s equation,combined with the structural characteristics of the wedge wire screen and the flow state of fluid passing through the slot of wedge wire screen,a more reasonable and convenient formula for calculating the local resistance coefficient of the wedge wire screen is derived,which improves the accuracy of pressure drop calculation for the wedge wire screen and reduces the difficulty of pressure drop calculation for the filter.In addition,this method indirectly provides the relationship between the parameters of the filter and its pressure drop,so can be used to optimize the design of the filter structure to reduce energy loss during operation,and provides a scientific and systematic calculation method for the pressure drop calculation of wedge wire screen filters.
