摘  要:利用TEM对防水透气膜的EPTFE进行微观结构表征,利用金相显微镜分析Mesh层的网孔结构,利用透气性测量仪测试防水透气膜的透气量,结果表明:EPTFE呈三维立体网状结构,孔隙分布均匀。防水透气膜的Mesh网孔不均会导致透气量的不稳定,通过将多股编织网孔不均的Mesh改为单股编织网孔均一的Mesh,解决了防水透气膜透气量不一致的问题,为解决扬声器系统中防水透气膜的问题提供了参考。The microstructure of EPTFE in the waterproof breathable film was characterized by TEM,the mesh structure of the mesh layer was analyzed by metallographic microscope,and the breathable volume of the waterproof breathable film was measured by a breathable meter.The results showed that EPTFE had a three-dimensional network structure with uniform pore distribution.The uneven Mesh of the waterproof breathable film will lead to the instability of the air permeability.By changing the mesh with uneven Mesh of multiple braided strands to the Mesh with uniform Mesh of single braided strands,the problem of inconsistent air permeability of the waterproof breathable film was solved,which provided a reference for solving the problem of waterproof breathable film in the loudspeaker system.
