生物基高分子两性清水剂的合成与应用

摘  要:以壳聚糖和木棉纤维为基础原料,依次经过羧甲基、缩聚、亲核取代及接枝改性等反应步骤,合成了生物基高分子两性清水剂,并试验了其清水性能。结果显示:处理油田采出水时,清水剂投加量30 mg/L,反应时间20 min,反应温度65℃,除油率达89.3%;处理重金属离子废水时,pH=6.0,清水剂投加量为40 mg,Cu^(2+)、Pb^(2+)的去除率达92%以上;处理染料废水时,清水剂对阴阳离子染料废水的脱色率均可达90%以上。该清水剂具有更好的除油、吸附、脱色等性能。Chitosan and kapok fiber were used as raw materials,the bio-based polymer amphoteric water clarifier was synthesized through carboxymethyl,polycondensation,nucleophilic substitution and grafting modification,and its water clarifier performance was tested.The results showed that dealing with oil field produced water,the amount of water clarifier was 30 mg/L,the reaction time was 20 min,the reaction temperature was 65℃,and the oil removal rate was 89.3%.Dealing with heavy metal ion wastewater,pH=6.0,and the dosage of water clarifier was 40 mg,the removal rate of Cu^(2+)and Pb^(2+)were more than 92%.Dealing with dyeing wastewater,the decolorization rate of anionic and cationic dyeing wastewater could reach more than 90%.The water clarifier had better properties,such as oil removal,adsorption and decolorization.
