摘　　要：在理论资源上,需要对从康德到马克思与现代哲学人类学重新定位,并重新厘定和检视尼采以及海德格尔的思想资源。展开殖民与后殖民批判,汲取马克思有关欧洲中心主义的批判思想,推进非西方世界的现代转变,乃真正的人类共同体得以建立的前提。人们共同体经历了从氏族(部族)、种族、族群、国家民族到人类性民族的历史演进,人类共同体即人类性民族,乃世界历史演进的目的。当代人类社会正在经历从国家民族共同体向人类共同体之艰难转变:一方面,资本、技术、生态环境等人类整体生存问题日益严峻,“人类世”概念已从地质学与古生物学概念转化为人文性质的生存论概念;另一方面,民族国家持续延续并且加剧丛林法则、对抗性政治及帝国霸凌,致使人类社会进入“新野蛮状态”。“人类命运共同体”乃全球化变局时代人类共同体建设的基本理念。In terms of theoretical resources,it is necessary to reexamine the philosophy from Kant to Marx as well as modern philosophical anthropology,and to redefine the intellectual resources of Nietzsche and Heidegger.Developing a critique of colonialism and postcolonialism,drawing on Marx’s critical thoughts on Eurocentrism,and promoting the modern transformation of the non-Western world are the prerequisites for the establishment of a true human community.The community of human beings has undergone a historical evolution from clans(tribes),races,ethnic groups,nations to a nation of human being,i.e.,the human community,which is the end of world history.Contemporary human society is undergoing a difficult transformation from a community of nations to a community of humanity.On the one hand,problems for the survival of humanity as a whole,ranging from capital and technology,to the environment,are becoming increasingly severe,hence"Anthropocene"has changed from a geological and paleontological concept to an existential concept of humanism.On the other hand,the current dominance of nation-state continues to intensify"jungle rules",antagonistic politics,and imperial bullying,throwing human society into a"new state of barbarism"."A human community with a shared future"should be the basic concept for building a human community in the era of globalization and transformation.
