摘 要:现代化是历史走向世界历史的必然,作为人类历史进程中的具有时间意识的结构性变迁,内蕴着深层次的秩序重构和意义建构。基于现代性的一元性和现代化的多元性,民族国家的社会转型和结构变迁总是蕴含着特定的制度—文化逻辑。为生存斗争和为幸福努力是人类社会活动的主题,建构优良公共秩序和有尊严的幸福生活是现代化的旨归,在生存论层面涉及自然秩序和客体向度的社会关系,在幸福论层面涉及心灵秩序和主体向度的社会关系。二者共有的对象化关系在秩序意义上表征为制度建构及其内在的观念变革。基于生产力发展的社会实践是重构现代性秩序的中介,而制度—文化则是建构合乎人性的自然秩序和合乎自然的心灵秩序的中枢。中国式现代化作为重撰西方现代性的范式革新,在制度文明上孕育着人的全面发展的总体秩序观。基于总体改革观和总体秩序观的政治哲学分析,有助于从整体实践观视野阐明中国式现代化对西方现代性的结构性超越,将各种增长主义的发展叙事聚焦到人的全面现代化上来,以文明进阶的历史意识建构优良公共秩序和有尊严的幸福生活。Modernization is an inevitable path for China’s entrance into world history,representing a structural transformation with temporal awareness in human historical progress that involves a profound reconstruction of order and meaning.Based on the unicity of modernity and the plurality of modernization,the social transformation and structural changes of nation-states always entail a specific institutional-cultural logic.The themes of human social activity are survival and the pursuit of happiness,with the aims of modernization being a high-quality public order and a dignified,fulfilling life.On the survival level,this relates to social relations with natural order and objective dimensions,while on the happiness level,it concerns social relations with the mental order and subjective dimensions.The shared objectification relationship of both levels manifests as institutional construction and internal ideological transformation in terms of order.Social practices based on productivity development serve as the medium for reconstructing the order of modernity,while institution-culture is the crux for establishing a humane natural order and a natural mental order.Chinese modernization,as an innovative paradigm that rewrites Western modernity,nurtures a general order perspective in institutional civilization that fosters the all-round development of individuals.Political philosophical analysis based on a comprehensive reform perspective and a comprehensive order perspective helps clarify,from a holistic practical viewpoint,the structural transcendence of Chinese modernization over Western modernity,redirecting various growth-oriented development narratives toward comprehensive human modernization.It seeks to construct high-quality public order and dignified,fulfilling life through historical awareness of civilizational progression.
