摘  要:松树锯末中含有大量的纤维素、木质素、单宁等植物次生物质,是一种理想的生物质炭原料。以松树锯末为原料,采用静态吸附法研究了锯末的制备条件对活性炭吸附性能的影响。在单因素实验的基础上,利用响应面分析法(RSM)对制备松树锯末活性炭的工艺进行了优化。结果表明,最佳制备工艺条件为微波功率350 W、活化时间8 min、浸渍比(质量比)2∶4。响应面分析法得到的优化工艺具有显著性,其可为松树锯末活性炭的大规模制备提供一定的理论基础。Pine sawdust contains a lot of cellulose,lignin,tannin and other plant secondary substances,which is an ideal biomass carbon raw material.The effects of preparation conditions of pine sawdust on the adsorption properties of activated carbon were studied by static adsorption method.On the basis of single factor experiment,response surface analysis(RSM) was used to optimize the preparation of pine sawdust activated carbon.The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions were microwave power 350 W,activation time 8 min and mass impregnation ratio 2:4.The optimized process obtained by response surface analysis is significant,which can provide a theoretical basis for the large-scale preparation of activated carbon from pine sawdust.
