摘 要:以生物质灰为原料,经碱溶工艺制备硅酸钠溶液,研究了不同工艺条件对生物质灰中SiO_(2)提取率的影响。实验结果表明,生物质灰具有较好的碱溶性能,在NaOH质量分数为10%、反应温度为160℃、液固比(mL/g)为1∶10、反应时间为2 h的条件下,经多次验证实验,生物质灰中SiO_(2)提取率可达75%。该研究为生物质灰废弃物的高效利用提供了理论指导和技术支持,具有环境效益和经济效益。Sodium silicate solution was prepared from biomass ash by alkali dissolution process,and the effect of different process conditions on the extraction rate of SiO_(2) from biomass ash was studied.The experimental results show that biomass ash has good alkali solubility.Under the conditions of Na OH mass fraction of 10%,reaction temperature of 160 ℃,liquid-solid ratio(m L/g) of 1:10,and reaction time of 2 h,after multiple verification experiments,the SiO_(2extraction) rate from biomass ash can reach 75%.This study provides theoretical guidance and technical support for the efficient utilization of biomass ash waste,which has environmental and economic benefits.
