摘 要:针对选煤厂传统方法检测浮选产品灰分分析速度慢,不能适应浮选工艺参数快速调节响应的需要,提出了一种新的浮选产品灰分快速检测方案。采用同时识别浮选产品的颜色和反射光强度信息的方案,实现了对浮选产品灰分值的快速检测,根据实际应用表明,该灰分快速检测方案,能够将灰分检测时间缩短90%以上,检测可靠性稳定在95%以上,极大地提升浮选产品灰分检测效率,为选煤厂浮选工艺参数的快速响应调整,提升选煤厂浮选工艺环节的分选效率和质量控制效率奠定了基础。In view of the slow analysis speed of the traditional method in coal preparation plant to detect the ash content of flotation products,a new method was proposed to detect the ash content of flotation products quickly.The scheme of simultaneously identifying the color and reflected light intensity information of flotation products is used to realize the rapid detection of ash value of flotation products.According to the practical application,the ash rapid detection scheme can shorten the ash detection time by more than 90%,and the detection reliability is stable at more than 95%,which greatly improves the ash detection efficiency of flotation products.It lays a foundation for the rapid response adjustment of flotation process parameters and the improvement of separation efficiency and quality control efficiency of flotation process in coal preparation plant.
