摘 要:本实验采用吹扫捕集与液液萃取-气相色谱法对水中1,2-二氯苯和1,4-二氯苯的测定进行方法比较。实验结果表明,两种方法均具有良好线性,相关系数均大于0.995;加标回收率准确度高,精密度好,适用于环境水样的1,2-二氯苯和1,4-二氯苯测定。在日常检测中,地表水等干净水源水,选择吹扫捕集法更为合适,该方法操作简便,无需使用有机试剂,不对环境造成二次污染;废水用液液萃取法更有优势,可降低基质效应,提高回收率。In this experiment,two methods,purge trap-GC and liquid-liquid extraction-GC,were established to compare the determination of 1,2-dichlorobenzene and 1,4-dichlorobenzene in the water.The experimental results showed that both methods had good linearity,and the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.995.The accuracy of the recovery rate was high and the precision was good,so two methods were suitable to be used to the determination of 1,2-dichlorobenzene and 1,4-dichlorobenzene in water from the environment.In daily testing,clean water such as surface water,and it was more suitable to choose the method of purge trap-GC.This method was simple to operate,no need to use organic reagents,and didn't cause secondary pollution to the environment.When determination waste water,the method of liquid-liquid extraction-GC was better,because it can reduce the matrix effect and improve the recovery rate.
