摘　　要：在洗衣液配方中加入小分子阳离子柔顺剂和高分子聚合物,形成了具有洗涤、柔顺和抗静电三效合一的抗静电柔顺洗衣液。在保持洗衣液去污力稳定性的同时,对其抗静电性能、再湿润性能和感官触摸柔软性进行了全面测试。实验结果表明:抗静电柔顺洗衣液去污力比值大于1.0,稳定性良好,符合洗衣液行业设定标准。抗静电性达到4.5,具有抗静电属性,再湿润性能也得到明显提高。通过感官触摸柔软性测试,相较于标准洗衣液和市售洗衣液,使用抗静电柔顺洗衣液的织物柔顺和柔软性能有大幅提升。抗静电柔顺洗衣液不仅具有良好的去污力,而且还具有良好的抗静电性能、再润湿性能和织物柔软性能,产品稳定性较强。成功研制抗静电柔顺洗衣液产品,不仅可以为洗涤用品行业创新发展添砖加瓦,而且为行业满足消费者的多样化需求提供了参考方向。Small molecule cationic softener and high polymer were added into the detergent formula to form an antistatic softener with three effects of washing,softening and antistatic.While maintaining the detergency and stability of the detergent,the antistatic property,rewetting property and sensory touch softness of the detergent were tested comprehensively.The results show that the antistatic soft detergent not only has a deterring power ratio greater than 1.0,but also has good stability and meets the standard set by the detergent industry.And the antistatic reaches 4.5,with antistatic properties,the rewetting performance is significantly improved,and through the sensory touch softness test,the softness of the fabric are significantly improved compared with the standard laundry detergent and commercial laundry detergent.Through the test,the antistatic soft detergent not only has good detergency,but also has good antistatic properties,rewetting properties,fabric softness properties,and strong product stability.The successful development of this product can contribute to the continuous innovation of products in the laundry industry,and also provide a reference direction for the industry to meet the diversified needs of consumers.
