干熄焦年检对焦炭质量影响的综合分析

摘  要:干熄焦年检期间焦炭质量出现较大波动,本文从炼焦工艺、干熄焦工艺及筛运焦工艺等方面进行分析,并提出改进建议和措施。干熄焦年检期间为实现全干熄,3座干熄炉承担4座干熄炉的熄焦量,熄焦时间缩短了1 h以上,导致焦炭质量波动。干熄焦年检期间,为确保焦炭质量稳定,应保证优质骨干炼焦煤资源保质保量的供应,应视焦炉生产节奏延长结焦时间1~1.5 h,以弥补干熄炉熄焦时间的缩短。同时,炼焦也应减少非计划检修对结焦时间的影响,为稳定焦炭质量创造有利的工艺条件。The coke quality fluctuated greatly during the CDQ major maintenance.This paper analyzed the coke making process,CDQ process and coke sieving and transportation process,and put forward some improvement suggestions and measures.In order to achieved full quenching during the CDQ major maintenance,three coke dry quenching furnaces beared the quenching capacity of four coke dry quenching furnaces,and the quenching time was shortened by more than 1h,which led to the fluctuation of coke quality.During the CDQ major maintenance,in order to ensured stable coke quality,it was necessary to assure the supply of high-quality cindery coal resources with quality and quantity guaranteed,and the coking time should be extended by 1~1.5 h according to the production rhythm of the coke oven to make up for the shortening of the quenching time of the dry quenching furnace.Meanwhile,the influence of unplanned maintenance on coking time should be reduced to create favorable process conditions for the stability of coke quality.
