摘 要:本研究聚焦于碳酸亚乙烯酯的连续化生产工艺,旨在提升生产效率、降低成本并优化产品质量。实验过程中,通过对原料选择与预处理、催化剂与助剂筛选以及连续化生产工艺流程设计等方面的研究,获得了关键操作参数对产品质量与收率的影响数据。针对实验中发现的问题,本研究优化了工艺流程,引入了新型设备与技术,并通过数据分析确定了最佳操作参数范围。此外,还筛选了更高效、环保的催化剂与助剂,以提升催化效果。研究结果为碳酸亚乙烯酯的连续化生产工艺提供了有益的参考,有助于推动该领域的技术进步与产业升级。This study focused on the continuous production process of vinylidene carbonate,aiming to improve production efficiency,reduce cost and optimize product quality.In the process of experiment,through the selection and pretreatment of raw materials,the selection of catalysts and auxiliaries and the design of continuous production process,the influence data of key operating parameters on product quality and yield were obtained.In view of the problems found in the experiment,this study optimized the process flow,introduced new equipment and technology,and determined the best operating parameter range through data analysis.In addition,more efficient and environmentally friendly catalysts and auxiliaries have been screened to enhance the catalytic effect.The research results provide a useful reference for the continuous production process of vinylidene carbonate,which is helpful to promote the technological progress and industrial upgrading in this field.
