煅烧晶种加量对生产钛白粉质量的影响研究

摘  要:研究了煅烧晶种加量对钛白粉质量的影响。在钛白粉生产中,偏钛酸滤饼采用复合盐处理剂处理,加入煅烧晶种,调整煅烧温度,制备出金红石质量分数为98%~99%的钛白粉初品,研究了煅烧晶种加量对钛白粉质量的影响。结果表明,随着煅烧晶种加量的增加,金红石合格所需煅烧温度呈下降趋势,4%~6%加量对温度影响不大;煅烧晶种加量增加,初品平均粒径减小,离散系数在6%时最小。复合处理剂盐处理样品的蓝相和消色力均随晶种加量增加而变化,5%时消色力最佳。The effect of calcined seed crystal dosage on the quality of titanium dioxide was studied.In the production of titanium dioxide,the metatitanic acid filter cake is treated with a composite salt treatment agent,calcined seeds are added,and the calcination temperature is adjusted to prepare the initial titanium dioxide with a rutile content of 98% to 99%.The effect of the amount of calcined seeds on the quality of titanium dioxide is studied.The results showed that as the amount of calcined seed crystals increased,the required calcination temperature for qualified rutile showed a decreasing trend,and the addition of 4% to 6% had little effect on the temperature.As the amount of calcined seed crystals increases,the average particle size of the initial product decreases,and the dispersion coefficient is the smallest at6%.The blue phase and color fading power of the composite treatment agent salt treated sample both change with the increase of seed crystal dosage,and the best color fading power is achieved at 5%.
