摘　　要：在化工生产中,循环冷却水系统是其生产过程的重要组成部分,对于化工生产设备的稳定运行具有重要作用。在化工生产设备运行的过程中,由于循环冷却水中的阴阳离子以及循环水系统中的管道一般由各种金属制成,通常使得冷却水系统中的金属设备出现腐蚀、结垢以及微生物滋生等问题。本文研究了循环冷却水的处理技术以及其对设备稳定运行的重要性。首先,文章介绍了循环冷却水系统的工作原理以及循环水系统存在的问题。其次,对于循环水系统中的腐蚀问题,提出了一些处理方法。最后,对于循环水系统对设备的损害,提出了一些维护措施。因此,对化工生产中循环冷却水进行处理以及设备维护能够保证化工生产过程能够更加安全、经济、可靠、稳定、环保地运行。In chemical production,the circulating cooling water system is an important component of the production process and plays a crucial role in the stable operation of chemical production equipment.During the operation of chemical production equipment,the presence of anions and cations in the circulating cooling water and the pipes in the circulating water system are usually made of various metals,which often cause corrosion,scaling,and microbial growth in the metal equipment in the cooling water system.This article studies the treatment technology of circulating cooling water and its importance for the stable operation of equipment.Firstly,the article introduces the working principle of the circulating cooling water system and the problems that exist in the circulating water system.Secondly,some treatment methods have been proposed for the corrosion problem in the circulating water system.Finally,some maintenance measures were proposed for the damage caused by the circulating water system to the equipment.Therefore,the treatment of circulating cooling water and equipment maintenance in chemical production can ensure that the chemical production process can operate more safely,economically,reliably,stably,and environmentally friendly.
