摘 要:为了满足储罐VOCs无组织排放要求,许多石油化工企业对轻质油储罐实施了全接液浮盘密封系统改造,但储罐内浮盘密封失效情况仍有发生。本文简要介绍了内浮顶储罐全接液浮盘密封系统的构成,对比了不同形式全接液浮盘的结构和优缺点,分析了两起储罐全接液内浮盘密封失效的案例,研究了导致储罐全接液内浮盘密封失效的主要原因,并从设计制造、施工质量、检测验收和使用管理四个方面,提出预防储罐全接液内浮盘密封失效的措施,以期减少内浮顶储罐VOCs泄漏,确保储罐运行安全。In order to meet the requirements of fugitive emission of VOCs in tanks,many petrochemical plants have applied the full-contact liquid floating roof sealing system to the light oil tanks,but the sealing failure of floating roof still occurs in tanks.This paper briefly introduces the composition of the full-contact liquid floating roof sealing system,compares the structure,advantages and disadvantages of different types of full-contact liquid floating roofs,analyzes two cases of full-contact liquid floating roof sealing failure in tanks,studies the main reasons for the sealing failure of full-contact liquid internal floating roof tanks,and proposes preventive measures from four aspects:design and manufacture,construction quality,inspection and acceptance,and operation management,in order to reduce the leakage of VOCs in internal floating roof tanks and ensure the safety of tank operations.
