摘 要:采用电化学氧化法对高浓度氨氮含量废水进行处理,研究了电化学氧化法处理氨氮废水过程中的影响因素,对处理过程中产生的游离氯及氯胺进行测试,分析了副产物硝酸盐氮和亚硝酸盐氮的含量变化。结果表明:电流密度、氯离子浓度以及初始氨氮浓度对氨氮的去除效果影响较大,而初始pH值影响较小。当初始pH值为8、电流密度为8.0 mA/cm^(2)、氯离子质量浓度400 mg/L、初始氨氮质量浓度为1 000 mg/L时,经过120 min,氨氮质量浓度可降至8 mg/L。在处理过程中,硝酸盐氮以及亚硝酸盐氮的浓度均出现上涨的趋势,且电流密度越大,氯氨含量越高,因此,需要合理控制电流密度,减少副产物的含量。This article uses the electrochemical oxidation method to treat high concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater,studies the influencing factors of the electrochemical oxidation method in the treatment of ammonia nitrogen wastewater,tests the free chlorine and chloramine produced during the treatment process,and analyzes the changes in the content of by-products nitrate nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen.The results show that current density,chloride ion concentration,and initial ammonia nitrogen concentration have a significant impact on the removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen,while the initial pH value has a relatively small impact.When the initial pH value is 8,the current density is 8.0 m A/cm^(2),the chloride ion concentration is 400 mg/L,and the initial ammonia nitrogen concentration is 1 000 mg/L,after 120 minutes,the ammonia nitrogen concentration can be reduced to 8 mg/L.During the treatment process,the concentrations of nitrate nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen both show an upward trend,and the higher the current density,the higher the chlor ammonia content.Therefore,it is necessary to control the current density reasonably and reduce the content of by-products.
