摘  要:接触网定位器的疲劳强度是影响其服役安全的重要技术指标。在对国外某型非限位铝合金定位器疲劳特性分析的基础上,对定位器进行了疲劳试验,分别得到三种工况下定位器的应力循环次数。通过有限元法对多种工况下定位器危险截面的疲劳强度进行了校核,并估算了其疲劳寿命。仿真结果与试验结果一致,表明采用有限元方法的有效性和可行性。以上研究为国外某型高速定位器在我国的安全使用提供了技术支撑,对定位器的工作性能研究及其优化设计效果评估具有一定的指导意义。The fatigue strength of the contact wire locator is an important technical indicator that affects its service safety.Based on the analysis of the fatigue characteristics of a certain type of non limiting aluminum alloy locator a-broad,fatigue tests were conducted on the locator,and the stress cycle times of the locator were obtained under three different working conditions.The fatigue strengths of dangerous sections of the positioner under various operating conditions were verigied using finite element method,and its fatigue life was estimated.The simulation result is identical to the experimental result,which shows that use of the finite element method is effective and feasible.This study will offer a guarantee for safe use of France's high speed positioners in China,and it is of guiding significance for research on working performance of positioners and evaluation of its optimization design effect.
