摘 要:双有源全桥(Dual Active Bridge,DAB)变换器在传统移相调制方式下,会产生较大的回流功率且动态特性较差。为解决上述问题,提出了一种基于扩展移相调制的输出电压模型预测控制方法。在回流功率产生机理分析基础上,通过建立DAB变换器输出功率与回流功率的数学模型,采用状态空间平均法推导DAB变换器输出电压的模型预测方程,求取最佳移相比控制DAB,实现回流功率抑制。最后,搭建电路模型对分析结论进行验证,相较于传统单移相调制与扩展移相调制方式,仿真结果证实文中所提方法对DAB变换器回流功率有显著抑制作用,且能够有效改善其输出性能。Dual Active Bridge(DAB)converters,under traditional phase-shift modulation,generate significant reflux power and have poor dynamic characteristics.To solve the above problems,a predictive control method for output voltage model based on extended phase-shift modulation is proposed.Based on the analysis of the mechanism of backflow power generation,the mathematical model of the output power and backflow power of the DAB converter is established.The state space averaging method is used to derive the model prediction equation of the output voltage of the DAB converter,and the optimal phase shift control DAB is obtained to achieve backflow power suppression.Finally,a circuit model is built to verify the analysis conclusion.Compared with the traditional single phase shift modulation and extended phase shift modulation,the simulation results show that the proposed method can significantly suppress the backflow power of DAB converter and effectively improve its output performance.
