摘　　要：本文从站在全局思考局部、站在当下思考过往、站在未来思考当下、站在对方思考自己4个不同的角度,对新形势下如何做好进出境动植物检疫工作进行了思考,并对改进和完善动植检工作提出了相关建议。From four different angles such as standing in the holistic thinking of the part,standing in the current thinking of the past,standing in the future thinking of the present,and standing in the other side to think about their own,the thinking of doing a good job in the new situation of entry-exit animal and plant quarantine work was discussed in this paper,and relevant suggestions on improving and perfecting the work was put forward.
