摘　　要：目的 分析二氧化碳点阵激光联合阴道用雌三醇乳膏对绝经期泌尿生殖综合征(GSM)患者的治疗效果。方法 采用前瞻性随机对照研究选择2022年1月至2023年12月漯河市第一人民医院妇科收治的112例GSM患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组56例。对照组采用阴道用雌三醇乳膏治疗,观察组采用二氧化碳点阵激光联合阴道用雌三醇乳膏治疗,两组均治疗3个月。比较两组阴道健康状况[阴道健康指数评分(VHIS)]、性功能[女性性功能指数量表(FSFI)]、雌激素[雌二醇(E2)]水平、子宫内膜厚度以及不良反应。结果 治疗1个月、3个月时,两组VHIS评分、FSFI评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组E2水平、子宫内膜厚度、不良反应发生率比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 二氧化碳点阵激光联合阴道用雌三醇乳膏可有效改善GSM患者的阴道健康状况和性功能,且联合治疗对E2水平及子宫内膜厚度无影响,具有一定的安全性。Objective To analyze the effect of carbon dioxide lattice laser combined with vaginal estriol cream on genitournary syndrome of menopause(GSM)patients.Methods Aprospective randomized controlled study was used to select 112 GSM patients admitted to the gynecology department of Luohe First People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with vaginal estriol cream,and the observation group was treated with carbon dioxide dot matrix laser combined with vaginal estriol cream,and both groups were treated for 3 months.Vaginal health status[vaginal health index score(VHIS)],sexual function[female sexual function index scale(FSFI)],estrogen[estradiol(E2)]levels,endometrial thickness and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month and 3 months of treatment,VHIS score and FSFI score in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in E2 level,endometrial thickness and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The combination of carbon dioxide lattice laser and vaginal estriol cream can effectively improve the vaginal health and sexual function of GSM patients,and the combined treatment has no effect on E2 and endometrial thickness in patients,which has certain safety.
