数字赋能背景下市场一体化推进的区域协同减排效应

摘　　要：全国统一大市场建设和低碳转型是中国经济高质量发展的内在推力和目标函数,二者能否达到“珠联璧合”的效果值得关注。本文基于空间协同理论构建理论分析框架,规范阐释市场一体化推进如何影响区域协同减排,并就数字赋能的复合影响予以创新性讨论。研究发现,市场一体化推进对区域协同减排具有显著促进效应,且在时间维度呈现动态叠加特征。相较于中西部地区,市场一体化推进的区域协同减排效应在东部地区更为显著。机制考察结果表明,技术溢出、经济溢出和环保溢出是市场一体化促进区域协同减排的重要机制。进一步讨论发现,数字赋能有助于强化市场一体化所诱发的区域协同减排效应,具体体现在数字经济赋能、数字技术赋能和数字管理赋能等维度。本文的研究结论有助于在数字化背景下构建区域协同环境治理的联动机制,助力实现“双碳”目标。Peaking carbon dioxide emissions and achieving carbon neutrality requires enhanced regional collaborative governance.The construction of a unified national market is crucial for coordinated regional emissions reduction efforts.In the digital age,the positive impacts of digital development on both economic and environmental fronts are increasingly prominent.Therefore,examining the combined effects of digital empowerment and market integration on regional coordinated emissions reduction is essential.Integrating digital empowerment,market integration and coordinated emission reductions into a unified analytical framework not only enriches theoretical discussions on carbon emissions reduction but also broadens practical pathways for achieving regional coordination in this regard.Based on the spatial synergy theory,this paper analyzes how market integration influences regional coordinated emissions reduction through theoretical model derivation.It constructs a mechanism analysis framework that encompasses technology spillover,economic spillover,and environmental spillover.Furthermore,using provincial and prefectural data from 2007 to 2020,this study empirically tests the validity of its hypothesis.In addition,the analysis incorporates digital empowerment,exploring its influence on the regional coordinated emissions reduction effect of market integration across three dimensions:Digital economy,digital technology,and digital management empowerment.This paper finds that market integration effectively promotes regional coordinated emissions reduction.This effect is more prominent in the eastern region than in central and western regions.Over time,the effect of market integration on regional coordinated emissions reduction is gradually enhanced,exhibiting the characteristics of dynamic superposition.The internal mechanisms through which market integration affects regional coordinated emissions reduction include technology spillover,economic spillover and environmental spillover.Furthermore,digital empowerment strengthens t
