摘　　要：急性腰扭伤是中医康复科、中医骨科的临床常见疾病之一,中医药疗法治疗急性腰扭伤疗效切确,本文主要总结了近5年来中医药治疗急性腰扭伤的研究进展,对各类治疗方式进行总结与分析,以期为该病的临床治疗提供帮助.Acute lumbar sprain,a common clinical disease in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)rehabilitation and orthopedics departments,has always been a focus of clinical attention regarding its treatment.In the past five years,TCM therapy has achieved remarkable progress in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain,featuring diverse methods and proven efficacy.This article aims to summarize and analyze the research progress of TCM in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain in recent five years,covering external TCM therapies,internal herbal medicine,and other comprehensive therapies,with the intention of providing valuable reference for clinical treatment of this condition.
