外固定架治疗创伤性四肢骨折的疗效

摘　　要：目的 分析外固定架治疗创伤性四肢骨折的疗效.方法 选取我院骨科于2023年1月-2023年12月收治的患者60例为研究观察对象,所有患者均为创伤性四肢骨折患者,以随机数字表法分为两组,即对照组(予以常规切开复位内固定术治疗)、观察组(予以组合式外固定架手术治疗),观察组手术指标、临床疗效、并发症、生活能力情况同对照组对比分析.结果 观察组术中出血量较对照组少,手术耗时较对照组短,术后VAS分数较对照组低(P<0.05).两组治疗总有效率无明显差异(P>0.05).对比两组并发症总发生率,观察组较对照组低(P<0.05).观察组骨折愈合时间、首次下床活动耗时、住院总时间均较对照组短(P<0.05);观察组术后KPS评分较对照组高(P<0.05).结论 创伤性四肢骨折采用外固定架治疗效果理想,可减少患者术中出血量,缩短手术耗时,有效预防并发症,加速患者术后康复,提高患者术后生活自理能力.Objective To analyze the efficacy of external fixator in the treatment of traumatic limb fractures.Methods Our orthopedic admitted 60 patients from January 2023 to December 2023,all patients are traumatic limb fracture patients,random number table method is divided into two groups,the control group(conventional open reduction and internal fixation treatment),observation group(combined external fixation surgical treatment),observation group surgical indicators,clinical efficacy,complications,living ability comparative analysis with the control group.Results The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group,the operation time was shorter,and the postoperative VAS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in treatment response rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Comparing the two groups,the total complication rate of the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The fracture healing time,first ambultime and total hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than the control group(P<0.05);the postoperative KPS score was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of traumatic limb fracture with external fixator is ideal,reducing the amount of intraoperative bleeding,shortening the operation time,effectively preventing complications,accelerating the postoperative rehabilitation,and improving the postoperative self-care ability of patients.
