摘　　要：目的 研究冠心病支架术后(PCI)患者家庭心脏康复管理体系的构建及应用效果.方法 选择2022年3月-2024年3月重庆大学附属涪陵医院120例PCI患者为研究对象,随机抽样分组,对照组接受院外传统康复指导,观察组构建家庭心脏康复管理体系.比较两组康复结局.结果 观察组干预后健康知识(120.07±10.22)分、健康信念(27.85±3.16)分、健康行为(33.46±3.22)分高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组心血管不良事件总发生率(3.33%)低于对照组(15.00%)(P<0.05).观察组干预后运动耐量(332.42±35.92)m、生活质量(83.97±6.29)分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 冠心病支架术后患者构建家庭心脏康复管理体系,能加强患者对心脏康复知识的认识,提高知信行水平,并且在提高运动耐量、生活质量、预防心血管不良事件中也具有一定优势,临床推广价值较高.Objective To study the construction and application effect of home cardiac rehabilitation management system for patients with coronary heart disease after stenting(PCI).Methods 120 patients with PCI in Fuling Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing University from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects,randomly divided into groups,the control group received traditional rehabilitation guidance outside the hospital,and the observation group established a family cardiac rehabilitation management system.The rehabilitation outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of health knowledge(120.07±10.22),health belief(27.85±3.16)and health behavior(33.46±3.22)in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(3.33%vs 15.00%)(P<0.05).Exercise tolerance(332.42±35.92)m and quality of life(83.97±6.29)in observation group were higher than those in control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The construction of family cardiac rehabilitation management system for patients with coronary heart disease after stenting can deepen their understanding of cardiac rehabilitation knowledge,improve their knowledge and practice level,and also have certain advantages in improving exercise tolerance,quality of life,and preventing cardiovascular adverse events,which has high clinical promotion value.
