维持性血液透析结合西那卡塞治疗终末期肾病的临床效果及BUN水平影响分析

摘　　要：目的 对比分析终末期肾病行维持性血透联合西那卡塞治疗的效果及其对BUN水平的影响.方法 将2023年1月-2023年12月江门市人民医院血液净化中心收治的透析85例患者按双盲法分为两组,其中,对照组接受维持性血透治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合西那卡塞,对比组间疗效、指标、安全性.结果 分析各项指标,观察组治疗后的改善幅度大于对照组,分析疗效,观察组总有效率更高,P<0.05;分析安全性,均未见严重不良反应,P>0.05.结论 以维持性血透为基础,联合西那卡塞治疗终末期肾病,血磷调节、炎症减轻、肾功能改善效果显著,且不会增加治疗不良反应,安全系数高,整体疗效理想,推广意义深远.Objective To compare and analyze the effect of maintenance hemodialysis combined with Cinacase in treatment of end-stage renal disease and its influence on BUN level.Methods 85 samples were divided into two groups according to double-blind method,the study time was January 2023 to December 2023,among which,the control group received maintenance hemodialysis therapy,and the observation group combined with cinacase on this basis,and the efficacy,indexes and safety of the control group were compared.Results After analyzing the indexes,the improvement range of the observation group after treatment was greater than that of the control group,and the effective rate of the observation group was higher,P<0.05;analysis of safety,no serious adverse reactions were found,P>0.05.Conclusion In the treatment of end-stage renal disease based on maintenance hemodialysis,combined with cinacase,the effects of blood phosphorus regulation,inflammation reduction and renal function improvement are significant,and there is no additional adverse reaction,high safety factor,ideal overall efficacy,and far-reaching promotion significance.
