摘 要:目的 探究小肠磁共振成像(MRE)在炎性肠病诊断和鉴别诊断中的临床应用效果.方法 收集2022年6月-2024年3月我院60例小肠炎性病变患者的成像数据展开回顾性分析,入选者均接受MRE检查,根据肠道准备剂用量差异将入选者分成对照组(30例,口服2.5%甘露醇溶液1000-1500mL)及试验组(30例,口服2.5%甘露醇溶液1500-2000mL),评价对比组间影像信息.结果 试验组控制肠蠕动伪影(9.209±0.532)分、控制呼吸运动的伪影(9.189±0.602)分、肠管的扩开程度(9.203±0.694)分、肠壁黏膜显示的清晰度(8.892±0.673)分等图像质量各指标均显著优于对照组,组间数据差异明显(P<0.05);MRE诊断炎性肠病的效能比较可见,T1WI+C及DWI的诊断灵敏性及特异性均无明显的数据差异,即P>0.05.结论 在炎性肠病诊断中,小肠磁共振成像(MRE)具有较高的临床应用价值,适当增加肠道准备剂用量能够有效提升MRE图像质量,整体成像效果对炎性肠病的诊断和鉴别诊断仍具有重要意义.Objective To analyze and explore the clinical application of small intestine magnetic resonance imaging(MRE)in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease.Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on imaging data collected from 60 patients with small intestinal inflammatory lesions in our hospital from June 2022 to March 2024.All selected patients underwent MRE examination,and were divided into a control group(30 cases,oral administration of 2.5%mannitol solution 1000-1500mL)and an experimental group(30 cases,oral administration of 2.5%mannitol solution 1500-2000mL)based on differences in intestinal preparation dosage.The imaging information between the control groups was evaluated.Results The experimental group had significantly better image quality indicators such as intestinal peristalsis artifact(9.209±0.532),respiratory motion artifact(9.189±0.602),degree of intestinal dilation(9.203±0.694),and clarity of intestinal wall adhesion membrane display(8.892±0.673)compared to the control group,with significant differences in data between groups(P<0.05);the efficacy of MRE in diagnosing inflammatory bowel disease can be compared,and there is no significant difference in diagnostic sensitivity and specificity between T1WI+C and DWI,i.e.P>0.05.Conclusion Small intestine magnetic resonance imaging(MRE)has high clinical application value in the diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease.Increasing the dosage of intestinal preparation appropriately can effectively improve the quality of MRE images.The overall imaging effect is still of great significance for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease.
