摘　　要：目的 分析改良式输液加温器对泌尿系统感染患者膀胱冲洗的影响.方法 选取2023年1月-2023年12月期间我院收治的泌尿系统感染患者86例为研究对象,按照随机数字分组法分为研究组和对照组各43例,对照组采用常规膀胱冲洗,研究组使用改良式输液加温器进行膀胱冲洗治疗.比较两组冲洗效果、不良事件发生率、舒适度、满意度.结果 研究组膀胱冲洗时间远短于对照组,研究组膀胱冲洗量少于对照组;研究组不良事件发生率均低于对照组;研究组舒适度分值高于对照组;研究组总满意率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 改良式输液加温器可改善泌尿系统感染患者膀胱冲洗效果,降低不良事件发生率,提升患者舒适度、满意度.Objective To analyze the effect of modified infusion warmer on bladder irrigation in patients with urinary system infection.Methods A total of 86 patients with urinary system infection admitted to our hospital from January to December of 2023 were randomly divided into study group(n=43)and control group(n=43),the control group used conventional methods to flush the bladder,the patients in the study group were treated by bladder irrigation with modified infusion warmer.The washout effect,incidence of adverse events,comfort degree and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The time of bladder irrigation in the study group was much shorter than that in the control group,the amount of bladder irrigation in the study group was less than that in the control group,the incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the score of comfort degree in the study group was higher than that in the control group.The total satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified infusion warmer can improve the effect of bladder irrigation in patients with urinary system infection,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients.
