参松养心胶囊联合莫雷西嗪治疗室性早搏的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探究参松养心胶囊联合莫雷西嗪治疗室性早搏的临床疗效.方法 选取我院2023年1月-2024年6月室性早搏(心脾两虚证)患者86例作为研究对象.按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和观察组,每组43例.对照组采用口服盐酸莫雷西嗪片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加服参松养心胶囊,两组治疗时间均为2周.比较两组各项指标,并对治疗前后不良反应事件进行记录.结果 对照组治疗总有效率为76.74%,观察组的治疗总有效率为93.02%,观察组治疗总有效率比对照组高16.28%(P<0.05).结论 参松养心胶囊联合莫雷西嗪治疗室性早搏,可明显改善患者相关临床症状及减少室性早搏次数,安全性良好.Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ginseng pine heart capsule combined with moresizine in the treatment of premature ventricular contractions.Methods 86 patients with ventricular premature beats(cardiac and splenic deficiency)were selected from January 2023 to June 2024 in our hospital as study subjects.According to the method of random number table,all patients were divided into control group and observation group,43 cases in each group.Control group:treated with oral moresizine hydrochloride tablets.Observation group:on the basis of the control group,plus taking ginseng pine heart capsule,the treatment time is 2 weeks.Compare the indicators of the two groups,and record the adverse events before and after treatment.Results The effective rate of treatment in the control group was 76.74%,and the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.02%,and the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 16.28%higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of ventricular premature beats with ginseng pine heart capsule plus or minus combined with moresizine can significantly improve the symptoms and reduce the number of ventricular premature beats,and the safety is good.
