半夏白术天麻汤加减联合小针刀对眩晕患者症状缓解时间及DHI评分的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨半夏白术天麻汤加减、小针刀联合对眩晕患者症状缓解时间及DHI评分的影响.方法 择取2022年5月-2023年5月我院接诊的眩晕患者96例,随机分成对照组与实验组,每组各48例.对照组予以小针刀治疗,于此治疗基础上,实验组加服半夏白术天麻汤,对比两组疗效、症状缓解时间、DHI评分与血液流变学指标.结果 实验组总有效率(93.75%)较对照组(79.17%)高(P<0.05);实验组耳鸣耳聋、倦怠乏力、恶心呕吐与眩晕缓解时间较对照组短(P<0.05);治疗后,两组DHI评分均降低,且实验组DHI评分较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗后,两组PV、HSV、LSV与HCT均降低,且实验组PV、HSV、LSV与HCT较对照组低(P<0.05).结论 半夏白术天麻汤加减、小针刀联合能调节眩晕患者血液流变学,减轻眩晕症状,促症状缓解,提升治疗效果.Objective To investigate the effects of the combination of the addition and subtraction of Hanxia Baijutsu Tianma Tang and the combination of mini-needle knife on the time of symptomatic relief and DHI scores in patients with vertigo.Methods Ninety-six patients with vertigo received in the hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and experimental group,48 cases each.The control group was given mini-needle knife treatment,on the basis of this treatment,the experimental group was given Hanxia Baijutsu Tianma Tang,comparing the efficacy,symptomatic relief time,DHI score and haemorheological indexes of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group(93.75%)was higher than that of the control group(79.17%)(P<0.05);the relief time of tinnitus,deafness,tiredness,nausea,vomiting and vertigo in the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the DHI scores of the two groups were reduced,and the experimental group had lower DHI scores than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the PV,HSV,LSV and HCT were all reduced in both groups(P<0.05);after treatment,the PV,LSV and HCT were all reduced in both groups,LSV and HCT were reduced in both groups,and PV,HSV,LSV and HCT were lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of the addition and subtraction of Hanxia Baijutsu Tianma Tang and mini-needle knife can regulate the blood rheology of patients with vertigo,reduce the symptoms of vertigo,promote symptomatic relief,and enhance the therapeutic effect.
