摘　　要：为调查了解长江上游珍稀鱼类国家级自然保护区威信段鱼类资源概况,于2021年通过实地调查取样、走访了解、查找资料等相结合的方法,并在调查流域分段布设小刺网、地笼、手抛网等捕获鱼类进行资源调查,本次调查共捕获鱼类1331尾,渔获物种类数量随着河流向下游延伸而逐渐增加;根据现场调查,保护区威信段鱼类共有13种,隶属于2目5科13属,其中土著鱼类12种,外来鱼类1种。依据鱼类重要性指数(IRI)分析表明:云南光唇鱼、昆明裂腹鱼和宽鳍鱲为优势种。渔获物多样性指数(H′)为1.89,丰富度指数(D)为2.16,均匀度指数(J)为0.43,表明威信段总体鱼类资源相对匮乏,种群结构分布较均匀,群落结构相对稳定。同时根据鱼类资源分布特征,发现干支流在鱼类资源量方面存在差异,提出相应措施丰富鱼类种群,保护鱼类生物多样性。In order to investigate the status of fish resources in Weixin section of the rare fish national nature reserve in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River,the methods of sampling,visiting and searching data were adopted in 2021,a total of 1331 fish were caught in the investigation,and the number of fish species increased gradually as the river extended downstream According to the field investigation,there are 13 species of fishes in Weixin section of the reserve,belonging to 2 orders,5 families and 13 genera.According to the IRI analysis,Acrossocheilus yunnanensis,Schizothorax grahami and Zacco platypus are the dominant species.The diversity index(H′)was 1.89,richness index(D)was 2.16,and the evenness index(J)was 0.43,which indicated that the total fish resources in weixin section were relatively poor and the distribution of population structure was relatively uniform,the community structure is relatively stable.At the same time,according to the distribution characteristics of fish resources,it is found that there are differences in the amount of fish resources in the main stream and tributaries.
