摘 要:文章基于中国跨境电子商务运单数据,首次探讨了数字服务贸易壁垒对跨境电商这类货物贸易的影响。研究表明,目的国设立数字服务贸易壁垒会掣肘其自主制造能力,削弱其制造业数字化的比较优势,因此反而会促使中国对其跨境电商出口的增长。异质性分析表明,由于消费者个性化需求的存在,数字服务贸易壁垒对跨境电商出口的促进作用在最终品和B2C市场欠发达的目的国中更加明显。上述结论表明,为缓解数字服务贸易壁垒的不利影响,中国应积极引导数字服务行业投入国内制造业生产,激发制造业数字化的比较优势,鼓励跨境电商企业进行智能化、定制化的产品生产,为贸易高质量发展提供强有力的增长点。Based on the data of China's cross-border e-commerce waybills,this paper explores the impact of digital services trade barriers on goods trade such as cross-border e-commerce.The research shows that the establishment of digital services trade barriers in the destination countries will constrain their independent manufacturing capacity,weaken their comparative advantages in manufacturing digitization,and thus promote the growth of China's cross-border e-commerce exports to them instead.Heterogeneity analysis indicates that due to the personalized consumer demands,the promotion effect of digital services trade barriers on cross-border e-commerce exports is more significant in the destination countries with the underdeveloped final products and B2C markets.The above conclusions reveal that in order to alleviate the negative effect of digital services trade barriers,China should actively guide digital services industry to invest in domestic manufacturing production,stimulate the comparative advantages of manufacturing digitization,encourage cross-border e-commerce enterprises to engage in the production of intelligent and customized products,thereby providing strong growth points for high-quality development of trade.
