摘　　要：目的 观察微小锯齿皮瓣技术改善面部瘢痕的临床应用效果。方法 回顾性分析自2020年10月至2022年10月,上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院烧伤整形科收治的90例面部瘢痕宽度<0.5 cm伴或不伴凹陷的患者,设计边距<0.3 cm的锯齿状切口,切除瘢痕后,充分游离皮缘,对位缝合,术后6个月内切口局部使用减张胶带控制张力。评价患者满意度。结果 90例患者术后获随访6个月,患者面部瘢痕改善显著,满意度较高。结论 采用微小锯齿状切口修复面部瘢痕,同时辅以术后减张处理,可显著改善瘢痕外观,术式简易,操作方便,效果确切,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of small-serrated flap technique in improving facial scar.Methods From October 2020 to October 2022,90 patients with facial scar width<0.5 cm with or without depression admitted to the Department of Burn and Plastic Surgery,Ninth People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine were retrospectively analyzed.A zigzag incision with a margin of<0.3 cm was designed.After removing the scar,the skin margin was fully freed and then sutured.Tension was controlled locally with a tension reduction tape for 6 months after surgery.Evaluate patient satisfaction.Results Ninety patients were followed up for 6 months after operation,the facial scar of the patients improved significantly and the satisfaction was high.Conclusion Using small serrated incision to repair facial scar,combined with postoperative tensification treatment,can significantly improve the appearance of scar.
