摘　　要：目的 评价不同方法治疗面部凹陷性瘢痕的疗效。方法 回顾性分析自2023年4月至2024年4月,开滦总医院林西医院整形外科收治的130例面部凹陷性瘢痕患者,其中手术组15例,透明质酸填充组30例,自体颗粒脂肪移植组45例,SVF-gel组40例。将各组的治疗前后采用温哥华瘢痕量表(vancouver scar scale,VSS)进行评分,调查并分析不良反应情况及患者满意率。结果 SVF-gel组与其他组相比,治疗后VSS评分明显降低(P<0.05);不良反应低于其他治疗组(P<0.05),且患者满意率在4种治疗方法中最高(P<0.05)。结论 SVF-gel与其他方法相比,治疗面部凹陷性瘢痕疗效较好,不良反应较少,患者满意率较高,具有很好的推广前景。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of hyaluronic acid filling,autologous fat granule transplantation and human stromal vascular fraction gel(SVF-gel)treating facial depressed scar.Methods From June 2021 to June 2023,a total of 130 patients with depressed facial scars who needed treatment were selected from Medical Cosmetology Department,Kailuan General Hospital for this study.Fifteen patients underwent surgical treatment,30 received hyaluronic acid treatment,45 underwent autologous fat grafting,and40 were treated with SVF-gel.Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)was used to score the therapeutic effects of various treatment methods,and the adverse reactions were analyzed and the satisfaction of patients was investigated.Results Compared with other methods,the VSS score of the SVF-gel group was significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05);Adverse reactions were significantly lower than those in the other treatment groups(P<0.05),and patient satisfaction was the highest among these treatments(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the other methods,SVF-gel has better efficacy,fewer adverse reactions and higher patient satisfaction in the treatment of depressed facial scar,which has a good prospect of popularization.
