超减张缝合技术在临床应用中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨超减张缝合技术在临床中的应用效果及相关并发症原因分析及处理。方法 回顾性分析自2022年1月至2023年3月,新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院医学美容中心应用超减张缝合技术治疗162例患者,其中面部95例,胸壁8例,腹部26例,双上肢23例,下肢4例,后背部6例,术区长度1.2~13.6 cm,术区宽度0.2~5.3 cm,分别于术后3、6、12个月进行随访,对术后效果及并发症进行评估分析。结果 162例患者术区均一期愈合。3例术区排出可吸收线头,2例术区脂肪液化,2例术区水疱,1例血疱,经处理后均一期愈合,上述患者术后6个月随访术区瘢痕轻微明显,其余患者术后随访1年,均达满意效果。结论 超减张缝合技术手术效果确切,可恰当应用以减少相关并发症。Objective To explore the application effect of hypertension suture technology in clinical practice and the analysis and treatment of the causes of related complications.Methods From January 2022 to March 2023,a total of 162 outpatients and inpatients were treated with hypertension suture technology in the Medical Aesthetic Center of the People's Hospital of the Autonomous Region,including 95 cases in the facial surgery area,8 cases in the chest wall surgery area,26 cases in the abdominal surgery area,23 cases in the upper limb surgery area,4 cases in the lower limb surgery area,6 cases in the back surgery area,The length of the operating area is 1.2 to13.6 cm,and the width of the surgical area is 0.2 to 5.3 cm,the follow-up was carried out in 3,6 and 12 months to evaluate the postoperative effects and complications.Results All 162 patients had one-stage healing,3 patients had absorbable threads discharged from the surgical area,2 patients had fat liquefaction,2 patients had blisters,and 1 patient had blood blisters,all of which were healed in stage one after treatment.Conclusion Overreductive suture surgery is definitive but should be used appropriately to reduce associated complications.
