摘 要:病理性瘢痕是皮肤损伤后真皮组织过度增生和胶原过度生成导致的组织反应过度的结果,主要包括增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩。病理性瘢痕在黄种人中发病率较高,并且往往对患者的生活质量、身体状况和心理健康造成不良影响,因而研究其病因、流行病学、组织学、病理生理学、预防和治疗方法上的进展显得尤为迫切。虽然细胞或组织培养适合研究瘢痕病理生理学机制,但仍然需要采用动物模型来评估新方法的有效性和安全性。增生性瘢痕的动物模型往往可以由烧伤、手术切口及注射药物等方式诱导产生,而瘢痕疙瘩的动物模型目前限于移植人瘢痕疙瘩或特定细胞等方式获得,因此增生性瘢痕仍然是目前瘢痕动物模型研究的重点。现以增生性瘢痕为主体,就其动物模型研究进展作一综述。Pathological scar is the result of an excessive tissue response due to hyperplasia of dermis and overproduction of collagen following skin injury,including hypertrophic scars and keloid.The high prevalence of pathological scar and its adverse effects on patients'quality of life,physical condition and psychological well-being make it particularly urgent to study its etiology,epidemiology,histology,pathophysiology,and advances in preventive and therapeutic approaches.Although cell or tissue cultures are suitable for studying the mechanisms of sacr pathophysiology,it is necessary to use animal models to assess the efficacy and safety of new therapies.Animal models of hypertrophic scars can be induced by burns,injected drugs and surgical incisions,etc.Animal keloid models are currently limited to those obtained by transplantation of human keloids or specific cells,etc,thus making hypertrophic scars a current focus of animal model research.
