摘 要:装配式湿接缝界面是结构薄弱位置,为增强地下服役的湿接缝界面性能,文中通过制备的超高性能混凝土(UHPC)灌注浆料,研究丁苯乳液对UHPC工作性能、抗压强度的影响,设计湿接缝结构并研究不同丁苯乳液掺量下UHPC湿接缝结构的力学、抗碳化性能和微观结构。结果表明,随着丁苯乳液掺量的增加,UHPC流动度、抗压强度均有所降低。UHPC湿接缝结构抗压强度主要依赖于UHPC基体,而丁苯乳液的掺入改善了界面黏结强度,4%丁苯乳液提升湿接缝结构弯曲性能最为有效。在碳化作用下,丁苯乳液减小了UHPC和界面碳化深度,降低了钢筋腐蚀电位,有利于增强湿接缝界面耐蚀性能。结合微观结构分析可知,4%丁苯乳液可细化UHPC孔结构,乳液形成聚合物薄膜也可能是界面性能增强的原因之一。The assembled wet joint interface is the weak position of the structure,in order to enhance the performance of the wet joint interface in underground service,the ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)grouting was prepared to study the effect of butylbenzene emulsion on the working performance and compressive strength of the UHPC,and the design of the wet joint structure to study the mechanics,carbonation resistance and microstructure of the wet joint structure of the UHPC with different butylbenzene emulsion dosage.The results showed that with the increase of butylbenzene emulsion doping,the flow degree and compressive strength of UHPC decreased.The compressive strength of UHPC wet joint structure mainly depended on the UHPC matrix,while the doping of butylbenzene emulsion improved the interfacial bond strength,and the 4%butylbenzene emulsion was the most effective in enhancing the bending performance of the wet joint structure.Under the carbonization effect,the butylbenzene emulsion reduces the carbonization depth of UHPC and interface,and lowers the corrosion potential of steel reinforcement,which is conducive to enhancing the corrosion resistance of the wet joint interface.Combined with the microstructural analysis,it can be seen that 4%butylbenzene emulsion can refine the UHPC pore structure,and the polymer film formed by the emulsion may also be one of the reasons for the enhancement of interfacial properties.
