市政道路水泥混凝土路面沥青加铺层的改造设计研究

摘　　要：文中以某市政道路建设工程为例,重点研究了其水泥混凝土路面沥青加铺层的改造设计,详细分析了既有水泥混凝土路面病害及质量控制指标,包括断板率、路面状况指数、路面抗滑性、路面传荷能力、板底脱空等五项指标,以此为基础提出了路面结构改造形式与加铺改造层材料的设计方案,通过结构验算及有限元分析后,发现其改造设计方案的应用效果较好,能够为类似项目提供参考。Taking a municipal road construction project as an example,this article focuses on the renovation design of asphalt overlay on cement concrete pavement,and analyzes in detail the quality of existing cement concrete pavement diseases,including five indicators such as slab breakage rate,pavement condition index,pavement skid resistance,pavement load transfer capacity,and slab bottom void.Based on this,a design scheme for pavement structure renovation form and overlay material is proposed.After structural verification and finite element analysis,it is found that the application effect of the renovation design scheme is good,which can provide effective reference for similar projects.
