装配式外挂复合墙板受力性能分析

摘  要:文中利用数值模拟方式,研究装配式外挂复合墙板的力学行为,分析开洞尺寸、钢筋类型以及混凝土类型对装配式外挂复合墙板的荷载位移的影响。结果表明,装配式外挂复合墙板的荷载-位移曲线表现为类似S型函数的型式,最大的承载水平约350 kN。装配式外挂复合墙板的荷载-位移曲线模拟值及试验值的变化规律相对一致,且数值偏差小于10%,证明了所建仿真模型的准确性。在所有条件下,随着位移的增加,试件承担的荷载呈现先快速增加后缓慢增加的变化规律;降低开洞尺寸、增加钢筋强度及混凝土强度可有效提升装配式外挂复合墙板的极限承载力及弹性刚度。In order to analyze the mechanical properties of prefabricated external composite wall panels,the mechanical behavior of prefabricated external composite wall panels was analyzed by numerical simulation,and the effects of opening size,reinforcement type and concrete type on the load displacement curve of prefabricated external composite wall panels were analyzed.The results show that the load-displacement curve of prefabricated composite wall panels is similar to S-type function,and the maximum bearing level is approximately 350kN.The variation law of load-displacement curve of prefabricated external composite wall panel is relatively consistent with that of test value,and the numerical deviation is less than 10%,which proves the effective accuracy of the simulation model.Under all conditions,with the increase of displacement,the load borne by the specimen increases rapidly at first and then slowly.Reducing the opening size and increasing the strength of steel bar and concrete can effectively improve the ultimate bearing capacity and elastic stiffness of prefabricated composite wall panels.
