摘 要:文中以某高层建筑工程基桩承载力检测项目为例,经计算后,采用改进的自平衡法,确定桩顶堆载量,同时在桩身土层分界处设置内力测试元件,对加载过程中的桩身轴力进行监测,进而确定桩身承载力是否完全发挥。结果表明,改进的自平衡法较好地解决了深度桩基承载力检测的需求,极限荷载下桩基承载力得到充分发挥,各土层的平均侧摩阻力值与地勘报告相近,单桩承载力极限值及桩基设计参数可满足桩基设计要求。Take the testing of bearing capacity of foundation piles of a high-rise building project as an example,after calculation,an improved self balancing method is adopted to determine the pile top loading capacity.At the same time,internal force testing elements are set at the boundary of the soil layer of the pile body to monitor the axial force of the pile body during the loading process,and then determine whether the bearing capacity of the pile body is fully exerted.The results show that the improved self balancing method effectively solves the need for deep pile foundation bearing capacity detection.The bearing capacity of the pile foundation under ultimate load has been fully utilized,and the average lateral friction value of each soil layer is similar to the geological survey report.The ultimate bearing capacity of a single pile and the design parameters of the pile foundation can meet the requirements of pile foundation design.
