摘  要:为分析大直径钢筋混凝土顶管管周力学性能变化规律,文中以某综合管廊工程为依托,对大直径钢筋混凝土顶管管周压力特性、接触压力空间分布规律以及泥浆压力对顶进力的影响规律进行研究。结果表明,所有位置管周接触压力在15~250 kPa波动;所有位置的管周接触有效土压力基本集中在0~80 kPa,孔壁整体表现相对稳定。13号管节和16号管节对应位置的顶部接触压力波形性基本一致,接触压力值差距不大,即同步注浆区域轴向各管节对应部位的接触压力和泥浆压力变化规律基本一致。In order to analyze the variation law of mechanical properties of large-diameter reinforced concrete jacking pipe,the pressure characteristics around the jacking pipe,the spatial distribution law of contact pressure and the influence law of mud pressure on jacking force of large-diameter reinforced concrete pipe jacking pipe were studied based on a comprehensive pipe gallery project.The results show that the contact pressure fluctuates in the range of 15~250 kPa at all positions.The effective contact earth pressure around the pipe at all positions is basically concentrated in the range of O~80 kPa,and the overall performance of the hole wall is relatively stable.The waveform of the top contact pressure at the corresponding position of No.13 pipe section and No.16 pipe section is basically the same,and the dfference of the contact pressure value is not large,that is,the change law of the contact pressure and the mud pressure at the corresponding part of the axial pipe section in the synchronous grouting area is basically the same.
