摘  要:在既有建筑基础加固中,变刚度调平设计可有效提升既有建筑基础加固的水平。文中以某高层建筑为例,分析变刚度调平设计在既有高层建筑物基础加固中的应用,通过对该高层建筑基础加固工程的设计过程进行详细介绍,分析该工程采用变刚度调平设计的合理性和必要性。结果表明,变刚度调平设计可有效提高既有建筑物基础加固水平,实现建筑功能提升。In the reinforcement of the existing building foundation,the variable stiffness leveling design can effectively improve the reinforcement level of the existing building foundation.This paper analyzes the application of the variable stiffness leveling design in the reinforcement of the existing high-rise building foundation,and takes a high-rise building as an example.Through the detailed introduction of the design process of the foundation strengthening project of the high-rise building,the rationality and necessity of the variable stiffness leveling design of the project are analyzed.According to the analysis results,the variable stffness leveling design can effectively improve the reinforcement level of existing buildings and realize the improvement of building functions.
