摘 要:为分析不同楼盖结构的经济性,文中介绍了钢结构、混凝土梁板以及预应力空心板的结构设计方案,对比了三种楼盖结构的材料用量及经济效益。结果表明,钢结构桁架中结构钢的造价占比为87.8%,模板造价占比为2.7%;梁板结构混凝土造价占比为34.4%,模板造价占比为21.6%;梁板结构楼盖预应力筋造价占比为32.0%,模板造价占比为3.6%。最终的楼盖工程造价排序为预应力空心板<梁板结构<钢桁架,与预应力空心板平方米工程造价相比,梁板结构造价提高了6.2%,钢结构造价提高了21.3%,因此,未来应大力推广预应力空心板的应用。In order to compare and analyze the economy of different floor structures,this paper introduces the structural design scheme of steel structure,concrete beam slab and prestressed hollow slab,and compares and analyzes the material consumption and economic benefits of three kinds of floor structures.The results show that the cost of structural steel is 87.8%;The proportion of template cost is 2.7%;The concrete cost of beam and slab structure accounted for 34.4%;Template cost accounted for 21.6%;The cost ratio of prestressed tendons of beam and slab structure floor is 32.0%.The proportion of template cost is 3.6%.The final floor engineering cost is prestressed hollow slab<beam slab structure<steel truss,compared with the prestressed hollow slab square meter engineering cost,beam slab structure cost increased by 6.2%;The square meter engineering cost of steel truss is increased by 21.3%,so the application of prestressed hollow plates should be vigorously promoted in the future.
