摘  要:影响煤基乙烯裂解装置目标产物收率及稳定运行的因素众多,基于联立方程法实时优化(RTO)系统,可以实时调整装置操作参数,不断提升该装置生产效率和产品质量。阐述了某煤基乙烯裂解装置的工艺流程、模型构建及优化过程,重点介绍了采用在线分析仪和SPYRO模拟软件,建立闭环的RTO系统,并通过数据整定和优化模式验证了模型的合理性和实用性。通过分析对比RTO系统投用前后该装置的实际运行数据,结果表明,该系统的应用可使双烯收率提高0.5556%,并确保了该装置的稳定运行。Numerous factors affect the target product yield and stable operation of coal-based ethylene cracking units.By utilizing a real-time optimization(RTO)system based on simultaneous equation methods,the operating parameters of the unit can be adjusted in real time,the unit s production efficiency and product quality can be enhanced continuously.The process flow,model construction,and optimization process of the unit are introduced,with a focus on establishing a closed-loop RTO system based on online analyzers and SPYRO simulation software,the model s rationality and practicality are validated through data tuning and optimization mode.By analyzing and comparing with the actual operating data before and after the implementation of the RTO system,the results show that the application of the system can increase the combined yield of propylene and ethylene by 0.5556%and ensure the stable operation of the unit.
