摘  要:介绍了低温乙二醇机组(TCU)的内部流程,结合在调试过程中循环泵出现的流量小、换热器换热面积影响反应釜温升速率等问题,设置联锁、互锁逻辑,避免安全事故和设备损坏;根据化学合成原料药反应釜工艺生产需求,设计了夹套控温、釜内定值控温、釜内多段控温、釜内梯度降温四种温控模式,并给出了实现精准控温的方案,供同类型项目参考。The internal process of cold ethylene glycol temperature control unit(TCU)is introduced.Combining with the problems encountered in debugging process,such as low flow for the circulation pump,the influence of heat exchange area for reactor temperature rising,interlocking and interlocking logic are set up to avoid safety accidents and equipment damage.According to the production requirements of chemical synthetic active pharmaceutical ingredients(API)reactor,four temperature control modes are designed,including jacket temperature control,constant temperature control,multi-stage temperature control and gradient temperature control in the reactor.The scheme to realize accurate temperature control are put forward,which can be used as reference for similar projects.
