摘 要:海上油气田(群)供用电网不断发展,正逐步演变成一个发、变、输、供、配和用电结构完整的小型电力系统,但它的二次系统缺乏统一的规划,存在信息孤岛互通难、功能分散不协调,智能化程度较低等问题。提出了海上油气田(群)海陆一体化供用电网的智慧型调控管理一体化系统的设计理念,分析了系统的体系架构;基于基础平台标准化、全网信息数字化、系统功能集成化、安全分析智能化、主辅设备互动化、运行状态可视化、运维的决策智慧化的建设目标,研究了系统的技术特征。期望为海上油气田(群)海陆一体化供用电网的智慧化建设,提供可行性方案。The power supply and consumption grid of offshore oil and gas fields is constantly developing,and it is gradually evolving into a small power system with complete generation,transformation,transmission,supply,distribution and power consumption structure.However,its secondary system lacks a unified planning,and there are some problems,such as difficult information island communication,uncoordinated function dispersion,low level intelligence.The design concept of intelligent regulation and management integrated system of integrated land and sea power supply and grid is put forward in offshore oil and gas fields,the architecture of the system is analyzed.Based on the research on the construction objectives of basic platform standardization,whole network information digitalization,system function integration,intelligent security analysis,main and auxiliary equipment interaction,operation status visualization,and intelligent operation and maintenance decision-making,the technical features of the system are studied.It is expected to provide feasible solutions for the intelligent construction of the integrated land and sea power supply grid of offshore oil and gas fields.
