摘 要:常规的输油管线清蜡方式存在人工劳动强度大,效率低,或是作业频繁、清蜡费用高昂的问题,结合智能化油田发展需要,研发了输油管线分段式在线电磁加热清蜡系统。重点介绍了该系统的组成以及电磁加热控制设计方案,并给出了分段式在线电磁加热清蜡方法。该系统相较于外敷伴热方式,至少节能15%,实现了免加药、免热洗和免清管器清蜡作业,能够提高日输量和抽油机效率,节约了原油开采成本。The conventional wax cleaning method for oil pipelines has problems such as high manual labor intensity,low efficiency,frequent operations,and high wax cleaning costs.In combination with the development needs of intelligent oil fields,a segmented online electromagnetic heating wax cleaning system for oil pipelines is developed.The composition of the system and the design scheme of the electromagnetic heating control are emphasized,and a segmented online electromagnetic heating wax cleaning method is provided.Compared with external heat tracing,the system saves at least 15%energy,and achieves no needs for medication,no needs for hot washing,and no need for pipe cleaning and wax cleaning operations of the scraper.The daily throughput and pumping unit efficiency are improved,and crude oil extraction costs is saved.
