编研结合视角下高校学报编辑的挑战与应对策略

摘　　要：探讨编研结合视角下高校学报编辑所面临的挑战以及相应的应对策略,通过分析现状和问题,将加、减、乘、除的概念引申到高校学报编辑在编研视角下应对挑战的策略中,从巧于加法、勇于减法、活于乘法、善于除法等工作方法对其中的内涵进行剖析,提出具体的建议,以使编辑在编研结合视角下,从知识宽度和视域深度方面为高校学报编辑适应新时代发展提供有益的参考。The challenges faced by editors of university journals under the perspective of the integration of academic journals editing and research are explored,and the corresponding coping strategies are discussed too.Through the analysis of the current situation and problems,the concepts of addition,subtraction,multiplication and division are extended to the university journals editors to cope with the challenges of the academic journal editing and research perspective,and the connotation is analyzed from the aspects of smart in the addition,courageous in the subtraction,alive in the multiplication,skillful in the division.The specific suggestions are put forward so as to enable the editors to adapt to the development of new era from the aspect of knowledge width and vision depth under the perspective of editorial and research combination.Under the perspective of knowledge width and depth of vision,it provides useful reference for editors of university journals to adapt to the development of the new era.
