摘  要:随着人口老龄化程度日益加深,社会对养老服务高层次人才的需求不断增加。梳理发现,人才匮乏和培养体系不健全是我国养老服务高层次人才培养的现状。同时,养老服务高层次人才培养面临着薪资福利不高、社会尊重不够、职业发展受限、传统观念固化等挑战。基于此,文章提出养老服务高层次人才培养的四条策略:一是强化专业教育,健全培养体系;二是加大政策支持,提高薪资福利;三是完善评价机制,畅通职业发展渠道;四是加强宣传引导,转变传统观念。With the enlarged population aging,the demand for high-level talents in elderly care services is constantly increasing.Through analysis,it has been found that there is a lack of talent and an incomplete training system for cultivating high-level talent in elderly care services in China.Meanwhile,the cultivation faces challenges,such as low salaries and benefits,insufficient social respect,limited career development,and rigid traditional ideas.Based on this,this study proposes four strategies for cultivating high-level talents in elderly care services:firstly,to strengthen professional education and improve the training system;secondly,to enhance policy support and increase salaries and benefits;thirdly,to improve the evaluation mechanism and facilitate career development channels;fourthly,to strengthen publicity and guidance,and transform traditional ideas.
